All companies are required to prepare statutory accounts that comply with the Companies Act disclosure requirements. Certain small companies do not require an audit. We act for many companies which need assistance in the preparation of these accounts and the filing of documents at Companies House.
Companies which do not qualify for the exemption require an audit of the accounts which are prepared for all statutory purposes. Our approach to audit is to obtain a full working knowledge of our clients business and to provide added value in addition to our statutory duty.
We also prepare group accounts for several clients, which our dedicated staff are pleased to assist in.
